Lauren Webber also known as youtuber LaurenzSide is a youtuber with over 7 million subscribers. She’s a gaming youtuber that is recently been playing smaller indie games to support them and share them with her audience. Lauren also lets us know to embrace the weird, and she lets herself be who she is. Lauren says “I feel like the internet is filled with perfection, and a lot of times YouTubers get big, and they get big offices, or hire a whole production team — and that’s great if that’s what you want to do, but I’ve never wanted that because it kind of makes things too perfect.” Lauren wants her viewers to enjoy her videos and not to compare themselves to her
Lauren was born in New York City on July 7th, 1989. After she was born her family moved to upstate New York and was always traveling in an RV. When she was in 3rd grade, she went to a catholic school with her brother. After she graduated she went to a public school to get a fresh start. She made a ton of friends in high school and this is where she first used a camera to film her crazy antics with her friends. In her 2nd year of high school in 2003, her father was diagnosed with lung cancer and one year later, when she was 15, Her father passed, which caused her to be very depressed. On february 25, 2007 during her last year of high school she started uploading vlogging and skits videos, but she later quit in December. After she graduated college with a degree in video and Film production, she met her soon to be husband and worked a 9-5 office job, but she came to the final decision to make youtube her career.
